How to use Analytics Widgets?

In Amberlo Analytics Widgets you can see how you and your team are performing, so you can make better business decisions.

We know that most law companies have high-level metrics (such as worked/billable time) that they need to be able to quickly monitor multiple times per day or week.

Analytics Widgets — featured directly on your Home page, Client page or Matters page — allows you to do just that. They’re always up-to-date, so you’ll have instant insight into your performance and finances.

How to access Analytics Widgets?

Go to the Dashboard. Analytics Widgets will be displayed on the left:

  1. Target widget
  2. Statistics widget
  3. Bills widget
  4. Tasks widget

1. Target widget

In the Target widget, you can:

  1. Select to see My target or Company target.
  2. Select the period.
  3. Add Timesheet directly from the Target widget.
  4. See user's worked and billable hours and amount. For more information on how to Customize Time Targets click here:

2. Statistics widget

In the Statistics widget, you can:

  1. Select to see My statistics or Company statistics.
  2. Select the period.
  3. See worked and billable hours.
  4. See the diagram "Billed":

You can click on any place in the diagram and the system will navigate you to the filtered Activities or Bills list.

3. Bills widget

In the Bills widget, you can see this statistic: Total in Prepared, Not billed time, Awaiting Payment, Delayed payments:

Total in Prepared amount  - includes all Invoices with status Prepared.

Not billed time amount - includes all not invoiced Timesheet amounts.

Awaiting Payment amount - includes all Invoices with status Approved, Partially Paid, and Overpaid.

Delayed payments amount - includes all Invoices amount with status Approved, partially paid, and Due date is to today.

For more details just click on the selected amount. The Filtered Bills/Timesheets list will be opened.

4. Tasks widget

In the Tasks widget, you can:

  1. Select My tasks or Company tasks.
  2. Select the period.
  3. See the count of overdue, to-do, and completed tasks.
  4. See the tasks diagram. You can click on the diagram to see the filtered planning list.
  5. Add Tas directly from the Tasks widget, Simply click the button + and create your task:
