# How to enable/disable Bills approval permissions for existing users?

If you have Administrator rights in Amberlo, you can enable or disable permissions for users in your organization:

1\. Go to [General Settings](https://help.amberlo.io/anatomy-of-amberlo-settings?hsLang=en) and click **Manage Users** on the left-hand menu.

2\. Go to the tab **USERS**:

3\. Open the selected user and expand the **Bills** module.

4\. Mark (or unmark) the checkbox **Can approve Bills.**

5\. Click the button **Save** to save your changes:

Once the checkbox **Can approve Bills** is not marked, the user will not be able to approve Bills.
