Why Am I Not Receiving My Login Verification Code in Amberlo?

If you do not receive the verification code, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue before contacting the support

1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes, verification emails may be incorrectly flagged as spam. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders in your email inbox.

2. Ensure Your Mailbox is Not Full

If your mailbox is full, new emails—including the verification code—may not be delivered. Delete unnecessary emails and try again.

3. Confirm You Can Receive Other Emails

Test if you are receiving emails from other senders. If you are experiencing general email delivery issues, the problem might be with your email provider.

4. Check Your Company’s Spam Filters

If you are using a work email, your company’s email security settings might block Amberlo’s verification emails. Contact your IT administrator to:

  • Check email filtering rules.

  • Release blocked emails from the company’s server.

  • Check if Spam receiving is not turned off.
  • Allow emails from Amberlo’s domain (this is very important as your IT might be blocking all communication from Amberlo).

5. Search for Emails from Amberlo

Try searching your inbox for emails from noreply@mail.amberlo.io to ensure they are not being overlooked.

6. Add Amberlo to Your Safe Senders List in Gmail

To improve delivery, add noreply@mail.amberlo.io to your Gmail safe senders list:

Option 1: Create a Filter

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner of Gmail.

  2. Select See all settings.

  3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab (picture below).

  4. Click Create a new filter.

  5. In the From field, enter Noreply@mail.amberlo.io.

  6. Choose your filter settings, such as Never send to spam or Always mark as important.

Click Create filter.

Option 2: Add to Contacts

  • Open an email from Amberlo.

  • Click Add to contacts in the pop-up window.

Option 3: Google Admin Console (For Admins)

  1. Log into the Google Admin console.

  2. Open the Google Workspace Gmail Applications menu.

  3. Click Manage address lists on the Routing page.

  4. Click Add address list at the bottom of the address list table.

  5. Enter a name for the new list and add Noreply@mail.amberlo.io.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, try requesting a new code by attempting to log in again.
