Amberlo has implemented a JPK_FA VAT invoice report generator. There's the steps on how to find and use it:
Where to find and how to use the JPK FA report?
1. Go to the Reports module
2. Choose VAT invoice (JPK FA):

Add all necessary information: IRS (3), Subject address (4), and then click the button Generate a report:

Amberlo will generate the Report. You can export this in XML format:

JPK FA report feature is available only for the Polish market.
