If you’ve decided to part ways with Amberlo, the process for deleting your account is straightforward. Here's how you can request that your account be removed along with all associated data.

Access Account Settings: Start by logging into your Amberlo account. Once logged in, navigate to the Account Settings section.

Find the Manage Account Section: This is where you can manage various aspects of your account.

Request Account Removal: Scroll to the very bottom of the Your Account section. Here, you’ll find the Remove Account option. Press on it to open the additional window.

Provide the request reasons: In the new pop-up window, insert why you decided to delete your account. This will help the team understand your situation and provide additional help if needed or take extra measurements in the future. After providing the information, don't forget to press the "Request account removal" button.
- Confirmation from Support: After you submit your request, the Amberlo support team will contact you to confirm your intention to delete the account. This step ensures that the request is intentional and prevents accidental account deletions. If several users have Manager rights in the system, additional confirmations from the Seniors or Partners might be asked.
Once confirmed, your account and all related information will be permanently removed from Amberlo's system. The support team will process your request as soon as possible, ensuring a smooth and secure deletion process.
