  • Added new Matter ID formula.
Now you can have a Matter ID counted according to the number of cases in one client. This would help to identify how many matters there are within one client. For example, if the client has several matters, the matter ID could be clientID-01, clientID-02, and clientID-03.

  • Check box added to store emails for specific contact or matter automatically.

A new EMAIL section has been introduced in the client/matter card settings, allowing you to activate a feature that automatically saves all emails associated with a specific client or matter in Amberlo. This ensures that you can access these emails within the system, even if they become disconnected.

  • Xero accounting integration. Now you can connect Xero accounting software with Amberlo. Accounting integration shall allow to exchange the following information with connected accounting system:
      • Clients;

      • Sales Invoices;

      • Invoice items;

      • Credit notes;

      • Payments.

To enable this integration, please contact Amberlo support or your Customer Success Manager. This is possible only to Premium subscription users.
