Creating an email with the Template
You can go to your Contact or Matter card. This depends on the codes you used to create the template. In our example, we used the codes from the Matter Card. So the email should be created in the Matter card to contain the needed information.
In the middle section of the card, press Send E-Mail (1), then the email section will expand. Press Add From Template (2), and the templates section will open, where you will be able to choose the needed one from the list of your templates (3).
After inserting the template, check if all the codes were populated and press Send.
If you see an empty space instead of the code in the email, it means the Contact or Matter card doesn’t contain the needed information.
We hope this will help you to start using it smoothly. If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to contact us via support@amberlo.io. We are always happy to hear from you!
