Product Updates - 2025-09-09

- Phone number cleanup in clickable links. When you click a phone number in Amberlo to call someone, the system now cleans up unnecessary characters so the number dials correctly every time.

- New “letter salutation” field for Companies. When creating or editing a Company, there’s now a field for how the company prefers to be addressed in letters (e.g., “Dear Team,” or “Dear Sir/Madam,”).
This helps with more personalized and accurate communication.

- Add an existing matter to a contract. On the contract screen, you can now add an already existing matter. This makes it easier to keep all related work connected in one place.



- External Client ID added to invoices. It can be turned on inside the invoice report page, or you can filter by it in the table view. This helps to track clients better.  

- Change database settings per tenant (per customer)

This is an internal improvement.
It allows the Amberlo team to choose different storage methods for different customers if needed.

- Security improvements. Amberlo improved the security of:

• General statistics API

• Accounting section

• Account settings

• Storage settings

In simple terms: your data is now safer and better protected.
