# ¿Puedo reportar un problema directamente desde la aplicación? - Mensaje de error

Si te encuentras con un **mensaje de error** mientras trabajas en Amberlo, puedes enviar fácilmente un informe del error al equipo de soporte de Amberlo directamente desde la aplicación:

1\. Pulse el botón **REPORTAR PROBLEMA**:

2\. Introduzca la **Descripción del Error**.

3\. Marque la casilla **Adjuntar captura de pantalla** (la captura de pantalla suele ser muy útil para solucionar el problema).

4\. Pulse el botón **ENVIAR**:

Un mensaje informativo confirmará que el mensaje de error fue enviado correctamente:
